Tolin Designs in the Community

Tolin Designs is proud to be active in our Northeast Ohio community! Every year we love to donate, sponsor, or participate in an event with local businesses & nonprofits. Our most well-known donation is a custom playhouse giveaway designed and built by us to benefit Wishes Can Happen at their yearly Wish-A-Thon. Wishes Can Happen, Inc. is a nonprofit organization, chartered in the State of Ohio since 1982 located in North Canton, OH. Wishes Can Happen grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses in Ohio. Their objective is to put a smile on the faces of our wish children and create a happy memory for their families. 

2023 Wishes Can Happen Playhouse

Our first playhouse donation started in 2023 with a custom-built, two-story luxury playhouse! This one-of-a-kind build features a side entry, a second-story balcony, a covered patio, vinyl plank flooring, real working interior and exterior lights, two wooden doors, a doorbell, real working windows with screens, Evolve stone exterior accent, and decor! It measures 10’ high, 17’ wide. 

2024 Wishes Can Happen Playhouse

Tolin Designs is excited to donate another custom playhouse for the 2024 Wish-a-Thon! This year is a one-of-a-kind custom castle playhouse perfect for any young prince or princess. Climb one of three towers on the interior rock wall to the second story and overlook your kingdom! This playhouse measures approx. 13' high by 17' wide and features working interior & exterior lights and don't forget about the wooden drawbridge to keep out any unwanted enemies! 

You can also find us with a float in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival parades including the Grand Parade to get the word out about the playhouse giveaway.

You can purchase tickets to win the playhouse each year and all proceeds go to Wishes Can Happen! We are still selling tickets for this year’s castle giveaway and tickets to win can be purchased HERE.

We also started Rooms For Dreams! In 2023, Tolin Design was seeking candidates for "Room For Dreams," a community service project to help selected families and organizations with remodeling projects free of charge. 

Along with these donations, we love to sponsor and participate in events with Plain Township Parks and Recreation including but not limited to Christmas events, Easter Egg hunts, and Golf Sponsorships to name a few.
