We combine creative in-house interior design, detailed project planning, and experienced remodeling craftsmanship to guide each project from concept to completion under one roof.
Our team works closely with every client to understand how they live, what inspires them, and how their space should function. From the first consultation and material selections to 3D renderings, construction, and final details, we keep communication clear and the process organized.

Step One: In-Home Consultation

Our luxury remodeling process begins with a personalized consultation call with the Tolin Designs team. During this first contact, we learn about your goals, needs, and vision for your remodeling project. We also discuss desired timing and investment expectations so we can align the project with your priorities from the very beginning.
After your initial inquiry, we’ll send a short questionnaire to better understand your space and schedule your on-site consultation. Once your appointment is confirmed, we visit your home to review the existing layout, take measurements, photograph the space, and discuss design possibilities in person. Following this meeting, you will receive a preliminary remodeling estimate to help determine the next step in moving forward with your custom design meeting in our showroom.
Step Two: Initial Design Meeting at Our Showroom
Once you’ve reviewed your preliminary estimate and are ready to explore the possibilities further, the next step is your private Initial Design Meeting at the Tolin Designs showroom. This is where your remodeling vision begins to take shape in a more detailed and inspiring way.

During this meeting, we revisit your goals, lifestyle needs, and priorities for your remodeling project. Our team will guide you through curated selections such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, hardware, and finish options while sharing professional design ideas tailored to your space.

You’ll have the opportunity to view materials in person, compare styles, and take samples home so you can see how everything feels in your own environment. Your feedback from this meeting helps us refine the direction of the project before moving into the next phase—your custom 3D renderings and full design presentation.
Step Three: Full 3D Design Presentation

Once your initial selections have been narrowed down, the next phase is your private 3D Design Presentation at Tolin Designs. This is where your remodeling vision truly comes to life. Using advanced computer renderings, we present your new layout, space planning, and carefully selected finishes so you can clearly visualize your future kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, home addition, or whole-home remodeling project before construction begins.

During this meeting, you’ll review cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, colors, and other design details within your custom 3D model. We’ll walk through the proposed layout together, make final refinements, and ensure every detail aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and investment expectations.

At this stage, a design retainer is required to move forward, and that amount is applied toward your remodeling project. Once design selections are finalized and layouts are approved, our team will prepare your detailed final proposal so construction planning can begin.

Step Four: Final Approvals & Pre-Construction Planning
Once your custom design is approved, the final proposal is signed and your project officially moves into the preparation phase. At this stage, Tolin Designs finalizes every detail so construction can begin with clarity and confidence.

Final selections, specifications, allowances, and product choices are sent through our in-house client management system for convenient review, approvals, and sign-offs. This organized process ensures your remodeling project is fully confirmed for implementation.

With selections completed, we establish your construction schedule, review project expectations, and prepare ordering, logistics, and timelines for a smooth start.
Step Five: Construction, Communication & Completion
With planning complete, construction begins and your remodeling vision starts coming to life. Our team manages your project with professionalism, craftsmanship, and ongoing communication every step of the way.

Clients receive regular schedule updates and have direct access to our full team—including administration, your project leader, and your designer—so questions are answered quickly and progress is always clear.
​
As your project nears completion, we conduct a final walkthrough to review every detail and ensure everything meets expectations. Warranty information and post-project support are then provided, giving you confidence and peace of mind long after your remodel is complete.
