This adorable ranch was within walking distance to a local park and was in a great school district. By removing walls, overhauling the kitchen and baths and finishing the basement, we were able to optimize the space this home had to offer.  We also chose to add a finished basement to add livable square footage to this small space. This home sold before hitting the market.
