Glenridge

This lake house was in a desirable area, but needed a lot of work to even be able to move in.  With the area we knew we could get away with unique "beachy" colors on the exterior and cool, light vibes inside.  With so many neighbors inquiring while we were finishing up, we sold this home before we even put it on the market.
