This charming brick walkout had great bones but needed completely updated to function for its next owner.  We chose to add a custom roof to accent the exterior, removed wallpaper and old flooring, and completely updated the kitchens and baths. This beautiful 6 acre wooded property sold quickly for asking price and is well loved by its new owners.
